Jedi is a more balanced class where defense and protection can be prioritized in combat. Therefore, how players should approach their Jedi will vary based on their personal preferences and playstyle. And they need to earn SWTOR Credits regularly to get the weapons they want.

As a melee-oriented class, it makes sense for the Jedi to be relegated to a frontline tank role. Due to their sturdy armor, strong defenses, and good health, it makes sense that Jedi Knights bear the brunt of damage from bosses and elite enemies, while their allies wipe them out with high damage abilities.
